Merteks Elastomer San. ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. manufactures rubber and polyurethane coated industrial rollers (cylinders) in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone, Istanbul. Thanks to the special chemicals added to the compound and the bonding technique we developed through R&D, we produce coverings that hold no heat, build up no static and keep their hardness throughout service.
Breaking and converter rollers are custom-made for the TWO / NSC / Seydel machines of the acrylic fiber-yarn sector. Wear resistance is at its maximum and the rubber does not collapse; service life is extended even after precision grinding.
Quality and trust is our business. The rubber cylinders we produce carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The rubber and polyurethane compounds prepared in our laboratory bond flawlessly to the ST52 steel core with our special bonding technique. From liquid state to vulcanised surface, we obtain a covering that holds no heat, keeps a stable hardness and lasts long.
