At our facility in the İkitelli OIZ we run the whole process — from steel core machining to covering, from grinding to quality control — under one roof. Continuous machinery and R&D investment keeps production high in quality and fair in price.

Process
Production in five steps
Steel Core Machining
Precision cores machined from special ST52 alloy steel on CNC lathes.
Proprietary Bonding
Special interlayer technique for a flawless rubber-to-metal bond.
Coating & Vulcanising
R&D-formulated compound, coating up to Ø1200mm×7000mm.
Grinding & Grooving
Flat/conical/crowned grinding and diamond/helix grooving.
Quality Control
Hardness (Shore A), diameter and balance checks; 3-month warranty.
